Augmented Staffing

Many institutions we work with do not have adequate internal staff to run their normal operations and support the additional work of a decarbonization program. Recruiting and training project management talent for short to medium term assignments can be challenging. Building a team takes time and disbanding it after your program is complete can be deflating for your staff and expensive for your organization. Circadia addresses this through our augmented staffing program. We incorporate subject matter experts into our clients’ teams at the levels needed to match the skillsets required for the program. As these are Circadia employees, when their assignments are complete with the client they are supporting, we redeploy them to a new assignment.
